Lucy Byers lives in western Pennsylvania with her husband and a chocolate-colored Cocker Spaniel dog.  They have a lifetime collection of books in their library.  Before beginning her debut novel, Lucy’s entire career was devoted to education.  She worked as an Administrative Assistant in Elementary and Special Education for a local school district.  Lucy obtained her Associate Degree acquiring several honors and awards.  She has attended numerous Writer’s Workshops and Conferences to enhance her writing skills.
